Lisa is home alone on a gray Friday evening and feels very worried while she waits for her husband and children to drive back from a long trip. Outside, a thick white fog covers the dark road, making it extremely difficult for any vehicle to see the curves ahead. Suddenly, a very heavy rain starts falling and hits the roof of the house with a loud and continuous noise. The peaceful environment changes completely when a powerful storm arrives with scary flashing lightning and terrifying thunder right above her neighborhood. Lisa looks at the dark sky through her kitchen window and starts to panic about a possible hail that could severely damage her husband's brand-new car on the highway. To calm her nerves, she takes her phone and calls her sister, Grace, who is currently living in Canada. Grace answers the call quickly but tells Lisa that the weather there is also terrible because a dangerous winter blizzard is freezing the entire city with heavy snow and strong winds.
